404 ERROR ROS Kinetic for every packages!!!

I'm running Ubuntu 16.04. I'm getting 404 Error while installing the packages. I guess the servers are down. I'm getting the same error in a different system too. please help

No, they are most likely not (because otherwise you wouldn't have received a 404, but a timeout).

In any case: this is almost certainly #q325039.

Follow the instructions there and try again.

PS: and please try to search first in the future. This has been asked many times and #q325039 documents also the 404s.
