Autoware NDT Matching: no transform from /map to /base_link

I was trying to run the NDT algorithm to localize an indoor robot on the point cloud map. I have launched all the nodes, but looks like the algorithm didn't transform the /map to /base_link frame.

Hi. Can you please provide more details? Please share screenshots and videos that capture Runtime Manager, RViz and rqt_graph.
