Error while running 'C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\ros-python2\tools\chocolateyinstall.ps1'.

Straight dump of the error message:

Currently this script depends on cmd.exe on being in the path during first install and upgrade. We will change that. In the mean time, can you verify that you can call cmd from that command window?
