Open RQT plugin via my own plugin

Is there a way to load a RQT plugin (within the same window) from another plugin?

For example, could i load the Rviz plugin by pressing a button in my own dashboard? load rqt rviz plugin via dashboard button

I write the dashboard in python and I use ros kinetic and indigo.

It would be nice if rqt had a service interface to open any plugin as if they had opened through the Plugins menu.
