How to use Frontier_exploration or RRT_exploration on actual Robot?

I am working on an autonomous mapping robot. I am confused about how to use the frontier_exploration package or the rrt_exploration package with my robot. I am using ROS indigo on my laptop using Ubuntu, Arduino as the controller and Kinect for laser scan. I have read about rosserial but I dont know how to use it with the above mentioned packages?
