360 Degrees Proximity Sensor? [closed]

Do 360 degree proximity sensors exist? The sensor not only needs to detect a flat circular plane but be able to detect a sphere around it so a lidar wouldn't cut it. Preferably using sonar that way it can look through glass windows.
