We'll need to know a fair bit more about your application to give you a useful answer to this. Could you describe the other sensors you'll be using in combination with this?

I will use an rtk using NEO-M8T as tim's blog. http://rtkexplorer.com/

I'll use an odometry sensor.

Ultrasonic sensors for obstacles.

The UM7-LT Orientation Sensor should be fine for something basic. Are you planning on using any cameras or LiDARs? Ultrasonic alone doesn't sound very safe!

I suggest that you ask about this on https://robotics.stackexchange.com which is more of a general robotics site. We have over 37,000 questions and try our best to keep them ROS-related. So, unless you update this to be a ROS-related question, I'm going to close it.
