cv_bridge with ar_track_alvar [closed]

We are doing a robot obstacle evade with Arduino and ROS and we like use cv_bridge for detec the color of the obstacle and evade it. And we like use the alvar tag for the alvar number 6 be the goal.

Your question is quite especific, what have you done so far, what nodes are you using? Are you using the navigation stack? If you are using alvar tags then you could just subscribe to the TF of that tag and create an obstacle to add to your local planner.
