Can I change the flight rule that made in the system already?

I looked inside of bebop using adb-tool(something like telnet), and I couldn't find something related to flight system, except an empty flight plan folder. So I guess, it's either encrypted (which is weird because bebop is an open-source model) or connected to the flight plan folder so you just need to transfer those information. However, at the same time, I can't find some codes that look like flight plan at here too. All I can see are just transmitting information using ptr. If you don't mind can I ask you some information you know about this? Thanks
