Hey guys im looking for possible wiring options to use an rc receiver and sabertooth 2x25 but also use the arduino and the 2x25 for autonomous teleop

What does this have to do with ROS? Also, what is your question? Perhaps this should be asked on https://robotics.stackexchange.com/ ?

The arduino is running ros and it is on my ros based robot

If you are trying to understand the wiring or communication protocols of a Sabertooth motor controller, this is the wrong place to ask. If you are having trouble getting rosserial to allow your Arduino to communicate with a ROS computer, then this is the right place to ask.
