Trouble Running AMCL on the side

Hi,

I have a robot I am testing localization solutions on. I am mainly using a proprietary localization solutions, but I would like to also run AMCL on the side to compare them to each other. I have set up AMCL such that it does not publish any transforms. My goal is to any look at the particle cloud and the /amcl_pose in rviz. However, when I run this, the amcl pose never updates (nor the pose array) and they all stay at the initial value. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
