1.How to install ROS on Ubuntu 16.04?? 2.Does ROS KINETIC has prebuilt moveit?? If NO then how to install it..??

Just follow the install instructions at http://wiki.ros.org/kinetic/Installat... the ros-kinetic-desktop-full will install move it along with a good number of useful packages.
