Could not find the 'robot' element in the xml file

we faced this error while running a robot model package. why this error appears? could you help us with solving this problem?

This error most likely comes from the URDF not using a <robot> tag as the root element. Can you post your URDF? Or maybe a link to the "robot model package" that you are referring to?
