extending the ROS Master [closed]

I would like to ask if It is possible to extend the rosmaster? and where can I find code that is running when executing the roscore command?

close roscore after running with roslaunch
Getting list of publishers and subscribers for all ros topics in C++ code
When I run roscore, it has the following error.
A launcher for program.c++ that launches roscore [closed]
run ros terminal commands within a python script
rosnode ERROR: Unable to communicate with Master
I have to ask whether this is an instance of the XY problem ( http://mywiki.wooledge.org/XyProblem ) What are you trying to achieve? :-)
I want to add some functionalities to the ROS ecosystem.
