model parsing fails

Error: Error reading Attributes. at line 72 in /build/buildd/urdfdom-0.2.10+dfsg/urdf_parser/src/model.cpp ERROR: Model Parsing the xml failed

I keep geting this error every time I did the check_urdf pan_tilt.urdf I created a package using catkin_create_pkg mastering_ros_robot_description_pkg roscpp tf geometry_msgs urdf rviz xacro

I have tried it multiple times...what should i do??
