QtCreator to ROS packages

Is there any way that I can compile my previous codes from QtCreator into ROS packages? I' ve seen a few questions but they're mostly from ROS packages to QtCreator.

I have a previous project that run on QtCreator on Linux Fedora, but I am trying to run it on Ubuntu 14.04.
