Hi @Sam! The Robotics System Toolbox in MATLAB r2015a provides tools for interfacing MATLAB with ROS (link). Otherwise you can download matlab-rosbag package here. The package provides tools for load and analyse bag files in matlab.

I hope this helps...

Hi @Sam. Of course, the Robotic Toolbox is a very good tools that can interact (subscribe & publish topics, etc..) directly with the ROS master runtime, but it's not cheap. The matlab-rosbag package is a nice tool, but it works offline. If you only need to analyse a bag file, I suggest the latter.
