Turtlebot 1 (Roomba) Base Collides with obstacles Ros Groovy

I upgraded from Ros electric to Ros groovy. Now while running Autonomous navigation the turtlebot collides with the obstacles less than 32cm Height. The base collides with edges of walls and other obstacles.
