You are supposed to run only one roscore for your project on the master. So you should be able to launch any file on your remote PC while running roscore on the raspberry pi. So far I do not see any problem in your setup/ Youtube vide :)

You are supposed to run only one roscore for your project roscore on the master. ( -> So in your network configuration it is not nescessary to run roscore on your remote PC while running on raspberrry pi (master) - As long as its running on your raspi you should be able to can launch any file on your remote PC while running roscore on the raspberry pi.)PC.
So far I do not see any problem in your setup/ Youtube video :)
