The problem is that pesky underscore.

image_proc
rviz
image_view
compressed_image_transport
camera_info_manager
rqt_image_view
theora_image_transport
polled_camera
stereo_image_proc
depth_image_proc

You should be able to run rosdep install image_transport and get these resolved.
