Note: I have already installed all the requested packages by (an example):
sudo apt-get install ros-cturtle-image-common
the same error is shown when I trying to install dependencies by
rosdep install mypackage
I think these installed packages must add to ROS_PACKAGE_PATH but I don't know there paths!
