I don't know of either right now; presumably because everything is wxwidgets and associated wxpython/swig stuff. Plans are to move to Qt as you may know, but nothing has yet. Availability on Ubuntu will be important in the long run... on lucid I don't see anything that looks like PySide, so I'd go with PyQt right now (mature and widely available). I've had good experiences with PyQt in the past. Maybe somebody else has a more informed opinion.
