Transfer data from Windows to Linux, topics are visible but cant echo data
I am trying to transfer ros topics from a Windows 11 system to a Ubuntu 20.04 system. Both systems use noetic. So I set up the ROS_MASTER_URI and the ROS_IP, and I can see the topics when I rostopic list but when I try to echo the data, I don't see any output. I tried to ping each system from one another, and it all worked. I also disabled all the firewalls on the Windows system.
