Desktop with raspberry pi4 not communicate

Good afternoon i try so long to Connect my rpi with my desktop using virtualbox and ubuntu 22.4 ros2 humble and rpi Ubuntu 22.04 and ros2 humble.so when I try ping is respond only for the side of desktop and when I do the same on rpi not responding the desktop .I connect to my pic with ssh -x or ssh -xy .I try also with talker and listener no respond.what else can I do to made it work properly
