pigpiod initialization failed

I encountered an error when I tried to run the two nodes pwmReader and pwmGenerator (C++ with the pigpio library). The second node doesn't work and I received an error. When I try to run it with roslaunch, the pwmReader works normally but the pwmGenerator process finishes cleanly.
