Merging multiple node log files into one

Hi,

I don't want the output of my roslaunch instance to be shown on the screen, but I do want a log file that includes all the logs from each node that it launches so I can tail it when I need to debug.

As far as I know, the only way I can manipulate the logs is by changing its directory. Could anyone help? Thanks
