Not able to set orientation of robot in outdoor using GPS

Hi I am trying to navigate my robot in outdoor environment using GPS,so for that I am using both ekf local & ekf global node to localize it (taking Reference from navsat flowchart Navsat, I was able to set location of my robot on map frame but when I try to change its orientation I couldn't, So can anyone suggest what I am missing in this
