how to use costmap_converter with teb_local_planner [closed]

I have been trying to use the teb_local_planner for path planning with a turtlebot3(with costmap), In trying to do so, it seems the teb_local_planner only works with the costmap_converter plugin. I already have the package installed but I have no idea how to use it and require help.What I have already tried to do with the teb_local_planner can be seen in another question I asked here. I know I have to some how incorporate the converter into the move_base.launch file or something like that,right?
