move_group died after clicked "plan"

I have recently installed the moveit in noetic. here is my question: I launched the demo.launch first. Each time I clicked button "plan" ,the move_gruop process immediately died.I've tried kdl and ikfast and different urdfs,but the result didn't change. HELP !!!
