How to connect ROS mqtt-bridge to a remote broker

I am trying to connect my ROS to a remote broker so as to enable remote data transfer. However, the files are configured to connect to a local host. What are the parameters that I must change so as to set the username, password, port, and hostname to connect to my remote cloud broker?
