Autoware.Auto - How to connect Simulator on PC with Autoware on Xavier?

Hi,

I have 1 PC and 1 Xavier. Due to LGSVL Simulator can't run on Xavier AGX so I let Simulator runs on PC and Autoware runs on Xavier. My question is: How to connect Simulator on PC with Autoware on Xavier?
