Is there an existing package/application for teleoperation using camera click input?

I am new to ROS and am trying to create a remote teleoperation feature for the Clearpath Jackal. Ideally, I need to take in camera feed from the robot and be able to click in the view and have the robot move to that point. A similar interface is used by the Double telepresence robot. Where should I start or is there something like this that exists?
