Hello,

I am trying to install ROS Noeitc on my Raspberry Pi 3 B+.

I started by installing Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS(RPI3/4/400) (64-bit OS for arm64 architecture) using the Raspberry Pi Imager v1.3.

I then followed this guide on how to install ROS Noetic on my Ubuntu server system: https://varhowto.com/install-ros-noet...

During the installation everything went smoothly until the Raspberry Pi was unpacking and loading the packages it had downloaded. At around 76% it rebooted.

Now it just keeps trying to reboot but whenever it gets to the part of checking for Networks and such it just starts the booting sequence over again.

The last thing I can see in the boot sequence before it restarts is Network Manager [OK], then it restarts the boot sequence.
