How to transform a navmsgs/odom msg from one frame to another ?

Hi ! I am trying to integrate ALOAM repo with pronto state estimator repo . ALOAM give me odom from camera_init to aft_mapped frame . I have to provide a similar information with respect to base . In this regards are there any way where we can convert odom msg from one frame to another (odom frame to base frame) ?
