How to embed rqt_graph into my customed pyqt5 UI?

Hi! I am developing a UI interface for robot operating system based on pyqt5, and I would like to embed rqt_graph into my interface. I have no clues now since I am quite new to ROS plugin. Hope somebody could give my some hints.
