ROS Installation problem on Win10: Error rosdepInstall.bat failed [closed]

Hi, I'm trying to install ROS on my Win10 using stepsfrom ROS website here link text. I always end up getting error message rosdepInstall.bat failed because vcpkg is not installed.

Can someone please help me? Thank you.
