RViz display error on Path topic

Hi, I'm having trouble showing Path topic on RViz.
1. The line should be smooth. However, the Line displayed in RViz was quite jaggy.
2. The Axes which shows the orientation at each point is not on the correct position.
3. Lines and Axes are showing a different position.
To summarize, both Lines and Axes are not in the correct XY position and also showing different. Why does this happen? Does anyone have a solution?
