Turtlebot spawn fails
When I enter this in the console:
roslaunch turtlebot_gazebo turtlebot_world.launch
It shows
[spawn_turtlebot_model-4] process has died [pid 6148, exit code 1, cmd /opt/ros/kinetic/lib/gazebo_ros/spawn_model -unpause -urdf -param robot_description -model mobile_base __name:=spawn_turtlebot_model __log:=/home/usman/.ros/log/c72c1a4c-129e-11e9-93ea-c8f733e8551c/spawn_turtlebot_model-4.log].
log file: /home/usman/.ros/log/c72c1a4c-129e-11e9-93ea-c8f733e8551c/spawn_turtlebot_model-4*.log
among other stuff.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The Turtlobot fails to spawn while other models like the bookshelf and cylinder etc all spawn correctly. I'm using ROS Kinetic, Ubuntu 16.04.
Did you find a solution? I have exactly the same problem.
Unfortunately, no. I uninstalled and re-installed ROS and turtlebot, but no good.
