I am trying to access wiki.ros.org to install/read about ROS unfortunately i am getting connection time out. Would like to know if some thing has changed? I am able to browse and use all other websites. I can only access https://answers.ros.org/
It's not just you. looking at downforeveryoneorjustme the site has been offline for a hour at least. You may be able to access some of the google cached pages if you need something in a hurry. But you'll have to do this for each page individually, which is a bit of a pain but better than nothing.
There are various mirrors of the wiki and other sites available.
See mirror-eu.wiki.ros.org for the EU based (Ireland) mirror fi.
And see ros-infrastructure/roswiki#223 for a related issue.
Maybe the status website would be a good location for the list of mirrors?

In the top of this page, you can see a link called Service Status. I would recommend to bookmark that page, so that you can see the status of the services.
Currently the www.ros.org , wiki.ros.org and docs.ros.org have been offline for about 12 hours already.
