Move a robot arm simulation I have downloaded (using Moveit! and Rviz)

I use this link and I downloaded a robotic arm simulation with several errors, but it looks seamless.

However I don't know how to operate the robotic arm autonomously. I have ROS and Python basics, how can I find a roadmap?
