Official development can now be found here https://github.com/ros-industrial/ros...
Hello, @sgermanserrano, @cschindlbeck
I published can data through socketcan_bridge based on ros_canopen(based on ros1 melodic). I know that ros2_canopen is still under development, but I wonder if it is possible to publish can data using ros2_canopen.
Experience is also good.
Thank you.
Disclaimer I haven't tried it, but the ROS canopen implementations have a dashing-devel
branch.
yes, but that branch is not ported yet it seems all pkgs are ignored
Ah you're right that stinks. Would be worth following the issue for it: https://github.com/ros-industrial/ros...
In the mean time, could be worth checking out a PR for some of the port: https://github.com/ros-industrial/ros...

Hi, there is a partial migration done here with config files given at the end of that post, and there is a socketcan wrapper for ROS2. The first one builds fine but fail during launch for me, I still need to debug it, and I haven't tried ros2_socketcan yet, but interested to know if it works.
