There have been a lot of users who have issues with Anaconda in the past, but also a number of posts on this site with some success. I suggest you read through those, and if you still have issues please describe your issue in detail.

Conflicting between them

python 2.7, indigo and anaconda

unfortunately, I removed anaconda I can't currently run the code
