Is it possible to exchange data from matlab to labview using ROS?

I have a project in robotics. my project is human detection with camera and I use position data from camera to myRio to control a motor. I use MATLAB for my Computer Vision and Labview to control motor with myRio. is it possible to me to exchange position data from MATLAB to Labview with ROS to publish and subscribe data between them?
