The best way to log all ROS_ERROR_STREAM / ROS_INFO_STREAM logs

Hi Guys,

I would like to send all the logs I have in my system to a log service. I need something that would be available system-wide (multi package / multi device), therefore I thought that the easiest way to achieve it would be subscribing to /rosout (also in Release build) and gathering the info from there? Is that a reasonable way? what would you recommend?
