How can I subscribe and publish a vector message? [closed]

Hi

I want to subscribe and publish a vector messages. Each element of the vector should involve 3 entities: X. Y and theta (all float32). I create a custom message for X,Y, theta in my message.msg file but I can define callBack function can take a vector in one time ?
