how to use another pkg header ? [closed]

In my catkin_ws/src, there are two directories named first_pkg and second_pkg . in first_pkg there are 5 pkgs. and second_pkg for QT_GUI package .

then, How can I using first_pkg header ?

I modified second_pkg CMakeLists.txt , package.xml .

plz help..

ok. i see. i try that answer. but only include CMakeLists and Make files... not header file. In first_pkg have 5pkgs. so i saw first_pkg - 1st pkg Cmake~~, Makes files and first_pkg - 2nd pkg Cmake~~/Makes files ...... etc..

There is no idea for me. :(
