abb irb120 moves too slow

I use ros to control abb irb120 manipulator,but I think the speed is too slow for industrial robot. How can I increase the speed?

I have already change z10 to z100 as this link say, and set the velocity limit as false.

Not a (complete) answer, but: removing velocity limits does not necessarily make things go faster. Depending on which components you use to generate your trajectories, no velocity limits could actually lead to default limits being used, which could be much slower than the real limit.
