how to install rosserial in jade

i am using ROS Jade and want to communicate with my arduino robot using bluetooth for this purpose i require to install the rosserial package i use the following command but receive an error

sudo apt-get install ros-jade-rosserial-arduino

ERROR: E: Failed to fetch http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu/po... 404 Not Found

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

similarly many other file are not found
