How to work towards GSoC? [closed]

Hi,

I'm stil a newbie here, but my goal is to contribute and possibly participate in GSoC 2016.

I would like an answer :

  1. With a list of prerequisites

  2. Steps describing how I should progress at a pace that doesn't leave me feeling lost.

  3. General Tips and Instructions.
