ros Tango vio

I have also tried to build rostango in android studio and get the following error: Any ideas .

Error:A problem occurred configuring root project 'rostango'.
> Could not resolve all dependencies for configuration ':classpath'.
   > Could not resolve org.ros.rosjava_bootstrap:gradle_plugins:0.1.21.
     Required by:
         :rostango:unspecified
      > java.lang.NullPointerException (no error message)

I can compile it with catkin without an issue. Does anyone use Android studio to compile ros code?
